Initial Enquiry

Investors may share their mineral focus, investment mandate, preferred project stage, technical capability, and geographic appetite. Title holders may describe the mineral, district, verification status, and current development constraint without disclosing sensitive coordinates or documents.

Screening

Parallax International reviews whether the opportunity appears aligned with its focus on copper, lithium, chrome, and gold projects in Zimbabwe where title standing and mineral potential can be independently assessed.

Confidentiality Gate

Before detailed reports, claim records, coordinates, maps, commercial terms, or title documents are exchanged, the parties should agree the appropriate confidentiality, authority, and review process.

Verification

Review may include Ministry of Mines title standing, mineral evidence, site access, environmental and regulatory considerations, ownership authority, development requirements, capital needs, and technical risks.

Investor Matching

Only opportunities that pass initial review should be introduced to suitable investors or technical partners. Introductions do not guarantee financing or transaction completion.

Secure Document Handling

For advanced review, use a controlled document process such as a permissioned data room, named recipients, version control, and clear rules on redistribution.
